Terms and conditions of sales
The present terms and conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand between the company Zorata whose head office is in Droizy (02), registered in the Soissons trade directory under number 750192 106 00011 hereinafter referred to as “the seller” and on the other hand, by any individual or legal entity wishing to proceed with a purchase via the company’s website Zorata company, hereinafter referred to as “the buyer”.
Object
The present conditions of sale aim at defining the contractual relations between the salesman and the purchaser and the conditions applicable to any purchase carried out by the means of the commercial site of the salesman, that the purchaser is professional or consumer. The acquisition of a good or a service through the present site implies an acceptance without reserve by the buyer of the present conditions of sale.
These conditions of sale shall prevail over any other general or particular conditions not expressly approved by Zorata. Zorata reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force at the date of the order by the buyer.
CHARACTERISTICS OF THE GOODS AND SERVICES OFFERED
The products offered are those listed in the “store” published on the Zorata website. Each product is accompanied by a description provided by the seller. The buyer is free to contact the seller if he/she wishes to have more details about a product. The products offered for sale are made to order, and are therefore subject to a standard creation time of 10 working days.
The photographs in the catalog are as accurate as possible but cannot ensure a perfect similarity with the product offered, especially with regard to colors.
Rates
The prices appearing in the catalog are prices net of taxes in euros (VAT not applicable – article 293B of the CGI). The seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer. The prices indicated include the costs of order processing but not those of transport and delivery as long as they take place in the geographical areas presented below.
Geographical area
The online sale of the products presented on the site is authorized for all geographical areas.
Orders
The buyer, who wishes to buy a product or a service, must:
- 1. Fill in the identification form on which he/she will indicate all the requested details or give his/her customer number if he/she has one;
- 2. Fill in the online order form giving all the references of the chosen products or services;
- 3. validate the order after reviewing it;
- 4. Make the payment in the prescribed conditions;
- 5. Confirm the order and payment. The confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these terms of sale, the recognition of having perfect knowledge and the waiver of its own conditions of purchase or other conditions. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will be worth proof of the transaction. The confirmation will constitute a signature and acceptance of the operations carried out. The seller will communicate by email confirmation of the order recorded.
Retractation
Buyers, non-professional individuals, have a withdrawal period of seven days from the delivery of their order to return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return shipping costs.
Terms of payment
The price is due at the time of order. Payments will be made by credit card; they will be made through secure systems Paypal or Stripe . At the request of the buyer, a paper invoice will be sent.
Delivery
The products offered on the Zorata website are only in stock. Delivery times are generally 2 to 4 working days but are given as an indication only. If the delivery time exceeds 30 days from the order, the sales contract may be cancelled and the buyer reimbursed.
Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order form, which can only be in the agreed geographical area. The risks are the responsibility of the buyer from the moment the products have left the seller’s premises.
In the event of damage during transport, a justified complaint must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.
Responsibility
The seller, in the process of selling online, is only bound by an obligation of means; his responsibility cannot be engaged for a damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, rupture of service, or other involuntary problems.
Intellectual property
All elements of the Zorata website are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Zorata.
No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, rebroadcast, or use in any way whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site whether they are software, visual or audio.

Dispute resolution
The present conditions of sale on line are subjected to the French law. In the event of litigation, jurisdiction is attributed to the commercial court of Soissons, notwithstanding multiple defendants or recoursein warranty. En cas de litige, compétence est attribuée au tribunal de commerce de Soissons, nonobstant pluralité de défendeurs ou appel en garantie.
